"The location is so lovely, a few steps from the lake. Nina is a tiny and quiet village, there is more happening in the old believers villages Kolkja, Varnja and Kasepää but it is the best place to sleep by the lake. You can go swimming there but the only sights to see are an old church and lighthouse. There are new bikes at Nina Kordon one can use, these are fun to go for a short ride but for serious and longer daytrips (more than 30 km) better bring your own. The breakfast is excellent and service warm and welcoming. And the breakfast room functions as a living room for guests during the day and there are drinks in fridge you can take (and pay on check-out, of course). This is really convenient as the nearest shop is about 5 km from Nina Kordon and there are no pubs, bars, restaurants etc in Nina village. But you can have your drink or cup of tea and enjoy sunsets by the lake. The cool fact about Nina Kordon is that most of the beautiful carpets and furniture in the rooms are actually for sale - the owner runs a furniture business as well and you can take a look at his warehouse next to the hotel. So if you fell in love with your antique night stand or mid-century chair, go and ask if you can buy it."
